I am a former client of Trevor Pace. I wanted to write a few words about my personal training experience with Trevor. I trained with Trevor for 2 and a half years. As a 45 plus year old woman, I was beginning to lose muscle mass due to getting just a little more "seasoned". Simple tasks such as carrying groceries, vacuuming and opening jars required more effort on my part. I had less energy and a sluggish metabolism, even though I was walking 3 miles a day. Trevor created a special work out program for me which accounted for my age, being a woman and being quite "weak".
Within a month of working out, I begin to notice my clothes fitting better, I had more energy, I slept more soundly and I even felt less anxious. Combined with an eating program, I lost 3 inches from my waist and nearly 4 from my hips and lost over 20 pounds. Trevor taught me the correct form, so that I can now weight lift safely. He also believes strongly in stretching, an important component to alleviate soreness and decrease injury. I would highly recommend Trevor!
