    Unlike the majority of personal trainers in the industry, our trainers take your results to heart and we know that the statistical research has shown that it takes 3-4 months to create a habitual change in lifestyle. This means that if the trainer is going to make a commitment to you, “the client”…we want you to make the serious commitment to yourself to make a positive lifelong change that enhance your whole being! 
 
   Depending on your fitness goals, BodiGlyphiX has four different and very unique fitness programs which are designed to target specific fitness goals. The four solutions paths you can follow to fitness are: Fitness Path, Weight Loss Path, Muscle Path and Strength Path. You can start by focusing on one path then focus on another, until you have achieved exactly the body and fitness goals you are seeking. For example, if you are overweight you would obviously start on the Weight Loss Path, then you could focus on the Fitness Path and then train with either the Muscle Path or Strength Path to achieve the body and the results you are seeking. If you are not overweight, you would start on the Fitness Path, then you could train with the Strength or Muscle Path.

One on One Training

For the person who wants to receive individual /private attention. Ideal for those getting ready for a special event, just getting started with exercise, those who have limited range of mobility/physical challenges or who have never been involved in fitness before. Get ready for real weekly results with this program!!!

Dynamic Duo (two clients/one trainer)

Opportunity for girlfriends, boyfriend/girlfriend, husband and wife and people who need accountability to receive positive results and save $$ off individual package rates.

• Couples must train together to get the discounted rates.
• Payments must be paid on time and in total (no partial payments).
• Program requires a 4 month commitment.

Group Training/Boot Camp – High Powered, Life Changing Programs

3 to 4 clients/one or two trainers per group

• All participants must have similar goals and body types.
• Group is responsible for training together and staying in program together.
• Once group number starts it must remain the same for the four month period. No exceptions.
• All payments must be paid together and on time. No partial payments.
